In order to build on the momentum, we are looking for a Head of Customer & Technical Service (m/f/d)!
Your responsibilites: „Another light for excellence“
- Lead our Technical Service, Field Service and Return Management teams
- Find and apply process improvements in all service areas
- Rethink and implement the service offering to our customers and mode of cooperation with our partners
- Push digitalization in service to the next level
- Ensure the right service level using appropriate KPIs; responsible for the service budget
- Expand our service excellence offering internationally and build up the appropriate supporting international organization
- Secure the decentralized technical support for our customers by building a highly qualified and trained team
- Technical educational background with strong knowledge and experience in customer service
- High intrinsic standard for excellence and desire to make our customers happy
- Hands-on mentality for solving problems and for training employees
- Motivation to work in an international setting with travel
- Strategic, structured and process-oriented working approach
- Good knowledge and experience in change management
- Fluent in German and English
